Just got the news from Mr. Phillips that we’re shutting outdoor activities down for right after school. Today is an easy run for all of your so if you can get something in post dinner that would be great. Our top groups have 45-50min, everyone else is between 20-40min…another option is to take today off and run on Sunday on your own. For post run work please get in TITANS TC Mobility.
